Privacy & data
Sensoria uses the minimum data needed to manage passes, contact and an optional collective snapshot of interests.
What we process
Chosen name, WhatsApp number, over-18 confirmation, pass status and payment receipt. If you choose to complete the profile, we also store your answers and your agreement for them to appear in aggregate.
Why we use it
To manage passes, verify payments, contact you on WhatsApp, let you return through your personal link, maintain the collective pulse and improve Sensoria.
Contributions
If the team manually records a contribution, we keep the chosen name, optional contact details, payment method, amount, currency, date, reference and administrative notes. This data never appears in the public interests map.
Separation and minimisation
Profile answers are stored separately from operational identity data. Public views never show your name, WhatsApp number or individual answers.
Payment receipts
Files are stored privately and are only available to the admin team. They are not indexed and are never part of the public site.
Collective pulse
Percentages are published once there are 10 profiles, and options with fewer than 3 selections stay hidden. The profile is optional and never affects pass validity.
Analytics
Google Analytics only loads after consent and only if the team has configured GA4. We never send your WhatsApp number, profile answers, receipt or personal token to Analytics. Personal URLs are not measured.
Retention
We keep information while it is needed to organise Sensoria, resolve pass issues and handle later administrative requests. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or, if statistical information must be retained, permanently separate it from contact data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw optional consent. The privacy contact channel appears on this page once configured by the team.
Security and third parties
Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps the primary database and private file. When the team enables the operational mirror, Google Sheets receives the data needed to manage passes and contributions, while Google Drive stores a private copy of each receipt. Access is limited to accounts authorised by the team.
Changes
If we materially change how data is handled, this policy will be updated before the change applies.
